Workout For Wellbeing



At BeeSmithFit we recognise the power of health and fitness not just for us physically but for our mental health and wellbeing too.

Sadly, almost half (45%) of Australians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime. With this in mind we have created the

Workout For Wellbeing Initiative. 

Inspired by Bee's personal experience with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) an illness her father, a Vietnam Vet, severely suffered right up to his death, The Workout For Wellbeing Initiative is designed to help people realise and experience the positive benefits of fitness and exercise on our wellbeing. At BeeSmithFit we know that sometimes it's not as simple as 'just do it' and so we aim to help make it that little bit easier. Through the initiative we travel to various groups, clubs, towns and cities spreading awareness and providing education on ways to make positive health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle choices in a fun and inclusive way.
