Welcome to the Fitter, Faster, Stronger Lifestyle Transformation program. I am so excited to have you part of the team and I can't wait to help you reach your fitness and lifestyle goals! The following information will help get you started on your journey to becomming your best you!
How To access your training programs
As you would know, my coaching is provided completely through my online coaching tool, so in order for you to get started you will need to activate your coaching account. To do this click the following link:
*Important: Your email address will be both your username and your password the first time you log on. Once you activate your account you will be asked to change your password*
*Please allow up to 8 hours for your account to be created. This is because your account and program is completely personalised. If you can not access your account after 8 hours please email for support.*
Your coaching account is where you will recieve all your training and nutrition programs and also how we will stay in contact throughout the program. Once you log in you will see you have a message from me which details the things I will need you to do in order for me to create a program tailored specifically for you.
Please familiarise yourself with the coaching account. You will see there is a short tutorial on how to navigate your way around the account and all its features. Be sure to personalise your account however you wish and remember the more information you log in here, the more accurately we will be able to track your progress. Add a profile picture so I can put a face to the name and why not introduce yourself to others on the same journey in the members only forum.
Don't forget, your coaching account also comes with a free app that you can download to your smart phone and / or tablet. This will allow you to view your programs on your phone / tablet. Simply search for 'Total Coaching' in your app store (It's the app with a blue wave as the picture).
Don't forget about the members only area here on the BSF website. This includes a library full of information, tips and recipes designed to compliment your coaching program and provide you with everything you need to commit, believe, conquer!
To log in to the members only sections or to log out / view / update your account details, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the beesmithfit.com homepage at anytime.
To access the library of recipes, training, nutrition and lifestyle tips and info use the “BSF Library” navigation button above or at the bottom of every members only page.
One last thing, I encourage you to take progress photos and measurements, starting from day 1 of the program. I will continue to remind you of this throughout the program as there is nothing more encouraging than visually seeing your changes. They really are so valuable for your own motivation and inspiration!
