    1 cup mixed berries tossed with 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice

    2 thick pineapple rounds grilled until golden

    2/3 cup blueberries sprinkled with 1 tablespoon slivered almonds

 

5. Baked Apple

    1 small apple, cut in half and cored cored, topped with 1 teaspoon brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon, baked until tender

6. Tropical Fruit Mix

   1/4 cup each of chopped mango and pineapple with 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

   1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree and 1 teaspoon maple syrup

20. Vanilla Banana Smoothie

   1/3 cup banana, 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 handful ice, blended until smooth

  1 shot espresso with 200 grams skim milk and handful of ice

8. Stuffed Figs

    3 small dried figs stuffed with 1 tablespoon ricotta and sprinkled with cinnamon

    150 grams of skim milk mixed with 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

 

10. Chocolate Strawberries

   6 strawberries dipped in 1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate

 

11. Cinnamon popcorn

 Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of water and microwave for 20 seconds, mix well and toss through 2 cups of freshly popped popcorn with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Shake it all up in a paper bag or a container with a lid on it.

12. Cinnamon Puree Apple

    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, sprinkled with cinnamon

 

13. Peanut Apples

   1/2 slice apple dipped into 1/2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
