It is so easy to make, tastes delicious and the best part is no one will even know the main ingredient is avocado!
Made with raw cacao it gives it a rich chocolaty taste to satisfy the sweet tooth while providing you with added antioxidants. What you need: 1 avocado 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder 1 tablespoon honey 5 dates (pitted and microwaved for 2 minutes with 1 cup of water) How: Mix all together in a high speed blender. Pour into serving dish and set in the fridge.
BSF Tip: For a higher carb, lower fat version, substitute the avocado with banana. Enjoy!
