Peanut Butter Jam Slice



2 cups almonds
1 cup pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons agave syrup 1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop choc protein powder (optional)
2 tablespoons peanut butter


Berry Jam:

1 cup mixed berries
1 tablespoon chia seeds



Blend all slice ingredients (except peanut butter) in food processor until smooth. Add a little water if needed to make mixture come together. Press into lined baking tray and set in fridge.

Blend mixed berries and chia seeds together and leave aside to become gelatinous.

Once slice is set (approx. 30 minutes) pour the Berry Jam on top and drizzle with peanut butter and top with a little shredded coconut. Return to fridge and allow to set before slicing.
