Story

I've been a part of the health and wellness industry for over 15 years now. I'm a mum, a partner, a business owner and one heck of a dreamer. I truly do believe, if you can dream it, you can achieve it and in all my years I've found the one thing that really keeps you going is your why. I've also found that for many, finding (or recognising) your true why is often the hardest part - but sometimes all we need is a little help. My passion is helping others recognise their why and then helping them with how.
