Fitter. Faster. Stronger. is an 11 week personalised fitness and lifestyle coaching program designed to help you reach your goals.

 

The program focuses on establishing and executing action plans in order to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

 

Because a goal without a plan is just a wish and a plan without action is just a dream. 

Week 1: You and your coach work together to understand your current lifestyle, to educate you on nutrition and training fundamentals and to establish an action plan based on your goals.

 

The remaining 10 weeks: You will be provided with training and nutrition programs tailored specifically to you and your goals and placed in your personal coaching profile calendar. 

With access to your own personal coaching account, Fitter. Faster. Stronger. gives you the flexibility to have your workouts available to you anywhere, anytime.

 

By using the coaching app (available for free) on your smartphone or tablet, you just log in to your personal account, click on the session in your calendar for that particular day and your workout will be available for you.

Receive ongoing support, feedback, advice, motivation  and accountability via weekly checkins plus instant messaging access to Bee through your online coaching account.
