Chocolate Avocado Mousse
1⁄2 cup raw cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
5 dates (pitted and microwaved for 2 minutes in 1 cup of water, drain water after microwaving)
Mix all together in a high speed blender. Pour into serving dish and set in fridge. Set times anywhere up to 1 hour however the longer you let set the more mousse like it becomes.
