Raw Choc Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

 

1⁄2 cup dates (pitted and microwaved for 2 minutes in 1 cup of water, drain water after microwaving)
1⁄2 cup quick oats (blended into flour)
1⁄2 cup raw cocoa powder

1⁄4 cup greek yoghurt 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon Dash of salt

 

Method

 

Blend dates in food processor. Add rest of ingredients in order. Transfer to plate and chill for at least 30 minutes. Brownies will be quite gooey. The longer they are left in fridge the firmer they will become.
