1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 egg
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup PB2 or Crunchy Peanut Butter

 

Icing:
1/4 cup greek yoghurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp peanut butter
